Delivery Information

At Industrial Industrial Power Tools UK, we use a variety of delivery methods to ensure your tools arrive safely and promptly. For smaller, lightweight, and lower-value items, we rely on Royal Mail, while larger and higher-value products are shipped via road transport using trusted logistics companies. We also offer the option to upgrade to next-day delivery, which can be arranged by contacting our Technical Help Line when placing an order for in-stock items.

For orders with a goods value under £20.00, Royal Mail First Class is our preferred method of dispatch. While this usually takes a couple of days, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to factors beyond our control such as weather or busy periods. For larger orders, we aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 36 hours, typically sooner, using road transport services. Delivery is completed within 3 working days for UK mainland orders. Offshore services, including deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, are available at an additional cost. However, please note that we cannot dispatch goods longer than 1.5 meters to certain regions such as the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands.

All road transport deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If no one is available at your designated address, our courier will leave a card with instructions on how to collect your order from the local post office. You will need to present the card, along with proof of identity, to collect your items. Your order will be held at the post office for up to 14 days, after which it will be returned to us if not collected.

Please be aware that the delivery charge shown on your invoice is a contribution toward the overall cost of shipping and packing. As all deliveries require a signature, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to sign for the order at the provided delivery address, whether it be your business address or an authorized third-party business address. We do not deliver to private third-party addresses.

The risk of loss, damage, or deterioration of goods passes to the customer once the delivery has been signed for in good condition. If any issues arise during delivery, please contact us immediately.
